Two things, separately.
When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to share about your game or budget.
When you visit the site, Google Analytics records standard usage data: which pages you view, the site or search that sent you, your approximate location, and your browser and device type.
We use your contact details only to respond to your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.
We use the analytics data to see which pages people read and how they found us.
Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to count visits and recognise returning visitors. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.
Two companies handle it on our behalf: Netlify, which hosts this site and receives your form submission before it reaches us, and Google, which provides our analytics.
We keep your message for as long as needed to respond to you, then delete it. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email us at eugene@gemstation.io.
